Policies / SAAG Consult OÜ
Clear terms before we work.
Updated 6 November 2026. These pages describe the actual website and contact paths; written engagement terms govern paid work.
Website and service provider
These terms govern use of the public sandergansen.com website, which presents Sander Gansen’s work and SAAG Consult OÜ’s services. They explain the website and enquiry process; they are not a substitute for a signed consulting, implementation or workshop agreement. The legal identity is shown below. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded by this notice.
Public information and historical writing
The site contains current service descriptions, historical project accounts, original published essays and external-source research. Historical articles retain their original context and dates; old pricing, product roadmaps, market observations and forecasts are not automatically current offers or delivered capabilities. Research cases describe their publishers’ claims and are not Sander or OfferSignal client results unless explicitly identified. We aim for accurate information but do not promise that all external platforms, regulations, products or linked pages remain unchanged.
Enquiries, meetings and formation of an agreement
Emailing, submitting a hosted interest form when available, or booking a Calendly meeting does not by itself create a paid engagement, technical implementation or binding delivery promise. We first establish the actual need, fit and appropriate scope. Work begins under the agreed written commercial arrangements, including the contracting parties, mandate, deliverables, authority, timing, fees, cost treatment and payment conditions. A page headline is not permission to start unapproved work.
Service scope and published fees
The three primary engagement formats are a three-week Product-to-Market Reset at €5,000 excluding VAT, 90-day Interim Product & Business Leadership at €9,000 per month excluding VAT, and a Focused Business & AI Workshop at €2,000 excluding VAT. The reset covers one agreed area, interim leadership one agreed mandate, and the workshop one question. The published descriptions explain proposed allocation and outputs; final scope, availability and written agreement control. Additional specialist work, software, advertising, travel and other direct costs are separately agreed rather than silently included.
Other ways to collaborate
Business design from concept to delivery, marketing strategy, investor relations and funding preparation through closing, advisory and mentoring, event work, MC/moderator/speaker engagements, university teaching and collaborative workshops can be discussed individually. These are not additional fixed-price packages or automatically included in the three primary engagements. No published fixed fee does not mean free work: scope, involvement, outputs, timing, fees and costs are separately agreed before work begins. Fundraising support does not guarantee investment or a completed financing.
OfferSignal: four separately scoped stages
OfferSignal is for the commercial-data, discovery and enquiry work of established manufacturers and B2B/B2B2C businesses. Its four stages are: (1) jointly create a commercial-data map and a business-specific workplan, with a person from our side working alongside the client team for an agreed period; (2) establish a reusable single source of truth with input/output mechanisms, including an MCP server; (3) create a discovery and distribution improvement plan across SEO/GEO/AEO, websites, agent.md and appropriate channels; (4) create an agreed controlled agentic workflow supporting external procurement and customers on the company’s own site. Stage three is an improvement plan, not an automatic commitment to implement every channel. Stage four is one agreed workflow, not unrestricted autonomous buying or selling.
Stage decisions, acceptance and continuation
Each OfferSignal stage has useful stand-alone outputs. Before each stage begins, its scope, fees, outputs, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and timing are separately agreed. After each of the four stages, we review the value delivered and explicitly decide whether to stop or continue. All four are recommended for the strongest connected result; starting a stage does not automatically oblige either party to complete all four or authorise the next one. A stop/continue decision does not itself create an automatic refund or remove payment, acceptance, termination or other rights and obligations under the agreed contract and applicable mandatory law. There is no universal OfferSignal price or duration. Maintenance, operating support and further development after the stages are separately agreed, not automatically included.
Responsibility and reasonable expectations
Service work supports practical decisions and implementation within an agreed remit. No search ranking, external LLM recommendation, sales, revenue, fundraising or market-adoption outcome is guaranteed. Engineering, safety, certification, tax and legal sign-off remain with appropriately qualified and authorised specialists where required. An agent-prepared draft is not a binding offer or authority to send, order, pay, disclose information or change business records. Decision rights and approvals must be agreed explicitly.
Client participation and confidential material
Meaningful work requires an executive sponsor, accessible relevant information, client participation, timely decisions and authority appropriate to the mandate. Do not share private credentials or confidential customer material through a public page. Confidentiality, approved working channels and providers, personal-data roles, access permissions, intellectual-property treatment and return or deletion of material belong in the engagement arrangements, including for MCP connections. A client’s ownership of source information is not transferred merely by discussing it. A source of truth or agent interface is not blanket permission to publish private information or upload customer records. Approved-fact owners and human authorisation remain explicit; technical implementation is coordinated with appropriate specialists.
Workshop interest, registration and cancellation
Private workshops are scoped by agreement. The late-November 2026 workshop with Sander Gansen and Matis Metsala, “Who does the machine buy from?” / “Can the buyer—or their agent—find your offer?”, currently invites interest by email using the contact links below; the exact date, venue and price are still to be confirmed. An interest email is not registration, a ticket, a reserved seat or a contract, and does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Confirmed ticketed public sessions have an event record and a link to the corresponding Fienta page. Ticket prices, dates, venue, cancellation/refund rules and organiser information must be read on that event page before purchase. Current availability is listed on the Workshops page. This site does not invent a universal refund, cancellation or rescheduling policy: the relevant agreement, event terms and mandatory law apply.
Copyright and permitted use
Original writing and website presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may read, link and use short attributed quotations where permitted. Wider reproduction, commercial reuse or republication of whole articles, project assets or client materials requires the relevant permission unless a lawful exception applies. Third-party quotations, images, trademarks and linked works retain their owners’ rights. A public research citation does not transfer permission to reuse a vendor’s private data.
Automated access and agent authority
Public pages and discovery files help readers, search systems and agents understand the material. They do not confer account access, credentials, commercial agency or permission to act for SAAG Consult OÜ, Sander or a client. Respect applicable access rules and avoid abusive requests, circumvention, impersonation or deceptive reuse. robots.txt is a crawler instruction, not a security boundary. llms.txt, agents.txt and agent.md are supplementary guides, not universal protocols or binding transaction authorisation.
External links and availability
Calendly, Sender.net, Fienta and social platforms are separate services. Following a link or submitting information there is subject to their relevant terms and notices. Sender signup and Google analytics identifiers are currently preliminary/unconfigured. Public links may change; an external reference does not endorse every subsequent statement on that service. Technical availability cannot be guaranteed without interruption.
Disputes, changes and contact
For a question about the site or a proposed engagement, contact Sander using the details below. Seek practical clarification before relying on ambiguous material. The written engagement determines its commercial dispute and governing-law arrangements; applicable mandatory law continues to apply. These website terms were updated on 5 November 2026 and may be revised to reflect changes to the actual site and services. The privacy notice separately explains information processing.
