Workshops / learn by doing

Workshops on buying journeys, data and AI

I run practical workshops for executive teams, including shared sessions with Matis Metsala and partner organisations. We start with a customer question and look at the information needed to answer it, then work out what your team can improve.

Coming up: Who does the machine buy from?

Late November 2026 · Details soon / express interest by email

Who does the machine buy from?

Can the buyer—or their agent—find your offer?

Sander Gansen & Matis Metsala

I am hosting this workshop with Matis Metsala to look at how buyers find your products through search, AI answers or purchasing agents. We will work through customer questions to see which facts buyers need to compare offers and how your team can avoid looking up the same information for every enquiry.

Email me to express interest

I will share the date, venue, programme and registration details once they are confirmed. Your email expresses interest only; it does not reserve a place or subscribe you to the newsletter.

Sander Gansen and Matis Metsala will host “Who does the machine buy from?” in late November 2026. More information is coming soon. Email Sander to express interest; tickets and confirmed places are not available yet.

Workshop topics

Customer questions and the data behind them

Finding your offer

How a buyer finds and compares your products through search, AI answers or an agent, and whether they can get the information they need to enquire.

Reliable product information

Which sources your team relies on for specifications, prices and availability, and how to keep those facts consistent across your website and sales work.

AI for recurring enquiries

Take a recurring customer enquiry and work out what AI could prepare, what information it needs and which decisions your team must approve.

A useful place to start

Let’s talk about the work ahead.

One priority, the responsibility it needs, and the people around it. Start with a 25-minute conversation.

Discuss your priority

Optional choices start off. Rejecting does not block the website, writing or booking links.
